Step inside Villa Bella Mare where the indoors seemlessly blend with the breathtaking mediterranean vistas.  A large open-plan living space awaits adorned in neutral hues accented by vibrant pops of blue - a homage to the azure horizon beyond.  The villa boasts large lounge, a plush  L-shaped sofa with an abundance of cushions, a haven for relaxation.  Sit back and immerse yourself in entertainment or lose yourself in the pages of a captivating book all whilst enjoying the incredible views.

Adjacent, a santuary awaits near the expansive window - a pair of opulent gold-effect easy chairs offer an unrivaled vantage point to soak up the coastal splendor.  Meanwhile, the bespoke kitchen stands as a testament to both style and functionality, boasting sleek blue and white units complemented by gleaming white counter tops. The dining area can be found between the kitchen and lounge area beautifully designed and in-keeping with the blue and gold interior.

BEDROOM 1

You will enter bedroom 1 from the ground floor. Here you will find a king size bed with rattan headboard, the room in furnished with a large wardrobe, bedside tables a vanity station with mirror and an en-suite shower room. Glass sliding doors open to pool terrace which is furnished with easy chairs.

BEDROOM 2 - Master Bedroom

A beautifully designed bedroom with a large 4 poster bed with blue drapes, in-keeping with the villa theme.  Here you will also find vanity station, a cushioned seating area at the foot of the bed with side tables and a macrame swing chair.  The bedroom also boasts a large bath tub with incredible views out to sea and a private balcony furnished with coffee table and chairs.

BEDROOM 3

Another impressive fresh en-suite bedroom featuring a king size bed with bedside tables and a plush headboard, vanity station and wardrobe. Sliding doors to a private balcony furnished with coffee table and chairs.

BEDROOM 4

This room is a twin room but can be converted to a double, fresh in colour with signature blue. Furnished with a wardrobe and bedside tables, vanity station with mirror. Sliding doors to a private balcony with coffee table and chairs.

BEDROOM 5 - SECOND FLOOR

Ascend to the second floor where you will find this large en-suite room, tastefully decorated and furnished with a king size bed, bedside units, vanity station and a wardrobe.  The en-suite has twin sinks. This room has access to the roof terrace where you will find a coffee table and chairs and the icing on the cake is a large outdoor jacuzzi where you can relax with a glass of fizz and enjoy the sunset and those incredible sea views.

BASEMENT

Here you will find a pool table and flat screen tv.

OUTDOORS

Picture this, a smaller pool nestled upon the terrace, its bathing platform adorned with two plush daybeds, beckoning you to unwind in comfort. Just a few steps away, in a shaded alcove you'll discover two chic rattan easy chairs and a quaint coffee table - a serene setting for you to enjoy your morning coffee.

But the allure doesnt stop there, around the main pool an array of sun loungers awaits, inviting you to bask in the warmth of the sun. Adjacent, you will find another set of easy chairs offering respitefrom the day's activities and for those of you wanting a more secluded retreat then venture to the far corner where you will find a sunken seating area nestled beneath a pergola draped in calming blue this offers unparalleled views of the horizon, shielded from the harsh glare of the sun.

A little further on you will find an area designed for entertaining.  Here you will find a grand dining table perfect for al-fresco dining surrounded by ottomon style seating for you and your guests to enjoy, a swing seat, a stone BBQ and kitchenette complete with sink.
