    How do I get keys to my villa?

    You will be met on arrival by the villa's representative.

    What is my villa address?

    You will already have been sent a 'Before you Go' information sheet where you will find this information.

    Can airport transfers be arranged ?

    Yes we can happily arrange for you, let us know at time of booking. 

    Are there villa rules I should be aware of?

    The villa owner may require a security deposit, this information will be given to you upon booking. Any specific conditions relating to the villa will be given to you at the time of booking.

    Will my Villa have wifi?

    Yes, all of our villas have wifi.

    Can I add an extra cot or child's bed?

    Most villas will allow this, there may be a small extra charge, please let us know at time of booking.

    What happens if you have a late check in or late check out?

    There will be someone to meet you at villa regardless of arrival time. In the case of late check out we can arrange to store your bags and use The Oasis Hotel and Spa (our partner hotel) who offer restaurant and spa facilities  (adults only +14, however bags can still be stored, subject to availability).

    Can I easily exchange money locally?

    Yes there are many places to exchange money locally, atm's and many shop owners also offer this service.

    What happens if I have a medical need?

    Kalkan has a local Family medical centre, the address will have already been sent to you.  You can just walk in and wait your turn, please make sure you take your passport.

    What happens if I need Emergency services?

    Fire/Ambulance/Police call 112

    How often will my villa be cleaned?

    Your villa will have been cleaned before arrival. The pool and gardens will be tended daily and your rubbish/recycling removed on a daily basis.  Should you stay more than 7 nights there will be an additional clean including linens and towels.
